"It’s unfortunate that I need to write this review as I’d really like to support a kosher dairy restaurant in Tel Aviv with great food. However, the service was truly terrible beyond anything I’ve experienced even in Israel. At every step of our experience we had to wait well beyond a reasonable amount of time to get the waiters attention. They added items to our bill which we did not receive, and expressed frustration at us when we asked for it to be corrected. I’ve lived in Israel for years and I understand that Israeli customer service relations are different than those in America, but the contempt I felt towards us was unlike what I’ve experienced at other restaurants here and honestly wasnt how any human should treat another."

The restaurant I visited (I was a guest) is called Rendezvous (Kosher Rabbanut Tel Aviv), an Italian restaurant, run by French chefs. The restaurant took over for the Italian House restaurant that has been there for a very long time and was not kosher.
