Paestum Burger & Drink

"Not it. The food wasn't inedible and maybe they were having an off day idk, but if you're someone who takes burgers seriously, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
When you walk up to it you get a sense that they know their meats, and the meat was good quality, but they clearly do not know their burgers. Off to a bad start when my burger collapsed as soon as it landed on the table (it was only speared halfway through). I got the Apollo; the meat was good, but overcooked and the only thing that had been heated up; the bread was cold, as well as the bacon, and the onions were colder, the cheese was such a thin slice i am honestly in wonder as to how they achieved it, and of course you couldn't taste it, the whole thing got cold very fast. I asked for burger sauce instead of mayo, and it came to me so drenched in barbecue sauce it ruined the little that was good about it (wondering if they just don't know those are two different sauces, they do mention "burger sauce" in the menu though and i assume they can read labels). Not worth the 10 euros for little more than a street food place.
The waiting time was also uselessly long for the amount of people who were waiting before us (just one small group). They do have Lurisia drinks though so there's that."

"The burgers were very tasty, nice composition. Portions are huge and lots of ingredients inside. It’s fun to watch how your burger is being prepared by very friendly cook. I definitely recommend this place."
