Abbiamo studiato a lungo il tema e alla fine ha saputo realizzare un capolavoro, una torta che ben rispettava e coniugava la tradizione sarda (come me) e quella etiope (di mio marito), realizzando a mano con raffinatezza e precisione i cesti che sono comuni a entrambe le culture.
