Everything is excellent quality, from the fresh Culatello di Zibello, and my favorite the one of a kind Malfatti al Bagoss. Now the egg cooked at 64°, another amazing creation and something I’m very glad they suggested. The rabbit salad style was a delicious and different take, and the Manzo all’Oillo is great value and great flavor. The Horse Tartare was something I’ve never seen offered yet so I had to try it, and like all tartare, it was really good. Service was very friendly and the inside is very nice."
