"My family and I are here on holiday and I have never been treated so badly before. After waiting for our order our number appeared on the screen showing it was ready for collection so we approached the counter as we had seen countless before us do - only to be repeatedly shouted at in Italian by the manager. She kept shooing us back and raising her voice shouting at myself and my 2 children. I tried to show her my receipt showing my number that I was just collecting my order and she proceeded to only get more irate at me and shout louder and shoo me away. We obviously stepped back and were feeling absolutely shocked at what was happening. We continued to wait and wait and eventually after a good 5 mins or so I again tried to approach the counter to show our receipt and ask as now our number that had originally shown as ready for collection had now gone. She yet again just began shouting and hand gesturing for us to move away. All the while any other local people that approached were seemed to be greeted with smiles and no problems yet it seemed because I had said I couldn’t speak Italian only English she kept just getting more and more angry with me each time I tried to approach. Eventually a kind local customer could see our frustration and embarrassment and she came over and took our receipt to the counter (she didn’t get yelled at) and then she came back and told us our food was ready. I feel disgusted at how this manager treated myself and my children. We most definitely will not be coming back here whilst on our holiday. Clearly this woman didn’t like the fact that we were foreigners and made that very very apparent. When I went to complain remarkably she suddenly was very apologetic. All round awful experience."

"We went to make our order in one of the screens inside around 23:55, we were sent to order outside in the drive thru, which was stupid because they have hard time understading english. As most places in Sardinia we were treated very poorly, specially by the girl with lip filler that threw the receipt to us. Not going back to this island!"
