The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amuse-bouche, a glass of sparkling wine to start, and a schnapps at the end – all on the house. Such a cool touch! In un capanno di pesca — oppure, come si dice qui, un ‘padellone’ — proprio sul canale di Cervia, Kalumet è stato un ristorante di pesce storico. Nel 2009 purtroppo un incendio l’ha pressoché distrutto, ma poi lo si è visto rinascere come Kalumet Molo Nord. La location è senz’altro suggestiva, per cene all’aperto e aperitivi al tramonto.
