"So… With a bunch of Michelin-starred places visited around the world I have to concude that this one I wouldn’t really recommend to everyone I know. Only to those who go to Michelin-starred places and want to visit all of them.
I noticed that most attention is paid to people ordering sets, which is not really fair. The wine selection is a nice one, with a focus on biodynamic, natural or rare wines. By-glass Sauvignon is not for everyone, it will have a different taste. I am in wine industry so to me it was understandable as a wine.
The food was great, but great as experimental. The pigeon is served not fully cooked and even me loving pigeons…I couldn’t eat it. Fresh bird meat is a bit too much.
The sweet compliment they bring in the end is delicious. We took it home and enjoyed every single piece."
