"Good experience in the center of Ferrara. The whole team is really motivated and passionate. The chef offers a elaborated cuisine, maybe too much focused on the technique instead of the taste. The service is really professional, maybe a bit too much sometimes with very long explanations. The restaurant is modern, smart and with a welcoming atmosphere. I think the Michelin star could come at some point, if they "simplify" a bit the tastes and try to stimulate more the emotions instead of showing the technique behind."

"I recently visited Makorè in Ferrara with four friends, and the experience was exceptional. Our group included both Italian and English speakers, but communication was effortless—the staff spoke perfect English, which made everything smooth and welcoming.

The menu offers excellent value. In addition to the selected dishes, we were treated to welcome bites and extra small tastings that highlighted the chef’s creativity.

The desserts were a true highlight—so beautifully presented that we almost felt guilty eating them, yet every bite was incredible.

Overall, Makorè delivers an outstanding combination of quality, service, and value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet unique Italian dining experience in Ferrara."
