What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Molto Più Che Centrale is praised for its delicious and authentic regional cuisine, especially the fresh seafood and traditional Ferrara dishes like cappellacci. Diners consistently highlight the friendly and attentive service, contributing to a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. While generally well-received, some found the dishes a bit too salty for their preference, and the wine-by-the-glass selection could be improved.
"This is a small, intimate restaurant, and pleasantly cool with air-conditioning. There is outdoor seating too. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was top quality, though more than I usually pay for a meal on my own. Antipasto of prawn salad with peaches was perfect for the hot weather. My main course of spiedini contained perfectly grilled juicy prawns. With a glass of wine and a coffee, my bill came to 46 euros."

highly recommend. Seafood salad is sooooo fresh. Both the squid, scampi and the veggies. Pasta is also one of the best. We love it."

Restaurants in Ferrara
A winning combination of traditional and innovative dishes is the big draw at this colorful, contemporary restaurant with splashy modern art spread over two floors. Young chef Giacomo Garutti delivers Ferrarese classics like salamina da sugo con purè(salami atop creamy mashed potatoes) alongside fried and grilled seafood, and innovations like cappellacci pasta filled with pumpkin, orange, and ginger. There's a good wine list, too.

The 7 Best Gluten-Free Take Away Spots in Ferrara
As a celiac person, I found myself very happy in the restaurant, a lot of attention from the waiters who explained everything to me with care and attention. I ate some excellent tortellini cacio e pepe from the city's gluten-free pasta factory. The only advice I can give is perhaps greater attention to vegetarian food as practically every dish included either meat or fish...
