Esperienza culinaria senza nulla a cui eccepire. Sapori odori e presentazioni degne di un ristorante di alto livello. Complimenti vivissimi allo chef. E per una cucina così ricercata studiata e valorizzante, non posso dire altrettanto per l’ambiente ed il servizio. Piccoli consigli (non critiche) che magari possono aiutarvi ad ottenere di più:
- In sala ci vuole un sorriso con i clienti ed essendo anche pochi tavoli , un’attenzione maggiore. Non dovremmo chiamare , ma essere attenzionati prima della richiesta.
- piccole attenzioni all’esterno del ristornate per accentuare ed illuminare l’entrata rendendola un po’ più visibile e attrattiva
- piccoli accorgimenti minuziosi in un posto piccolo hanno effetto, ed una lampadina fulminata stona molto.

Ragazzi siete giovani e la cucina è veramente buona, ci torneremo sicuramente, per cui un pizzico di impegno in più.
