Reviews Summary
Andrea Aprea | Ristorante is a highly acclaimed fine dining destination in Milan, celebrated for its exquisite tasting menus and impeccable service. While many praise the artistic presentation, balanced flavors, and elegant ambiance with city views, some diners find certain dishes underwhelming or the reliance on gimmicks detracts from the food itself. A few also note an inconsistency in service interaction.
"I very rarely hand out an all 5-star review, but Andrea Aprea certainly deserves it.
From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by name, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. Jessica, who managed our table, was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the experience for us.
I had preselected the ‘Signature’ set menu for our group of five, and each dish took us on a mesmerizing journey—both artistic and flavorful—traversing from sea to land and air. The menu’s genius lies in its balance of acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and savoriness, masterfully curated to offer dynamic contrasts and harmonious flavors. Every course spoke to Chef Aprea’s impeccable craftsmanship and the deep understanding of Italian heritage, with thoughtful modern touches that earned the restaurant its two Michelin stars.
This dining experience felt like an indulgence in both elegance and artistry. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I look forward to visiting it again on future trips to Milan!"

"Simply perfect meal. Flavours were complex and developed and we loved the ambiance and perfect match between the dining room and seeing the staff work together. The service was top notch. I think they will be 3 Michelin stars soon! Thank you again Andrea and team!"

"This is obviously a five star restaurant but a two star Michelin restaurant gets a curve. The dining room is outstanding. Large tables with an open kitchen is great. The service is excellent. The Neapolitan tasting menu was enjoyable. A couple of dishes were underwhelming but the rest were exceptional. I would definitely go back."
