I had preselected the ‘Signature’ set menu for our group of five, and each dish took us on a mesmerizing journey—both artistic and flavorful—traversing from sea to land and air. The menu’s genius lies in its balance of acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and savoriness, masterfully curated to offer dynamic contrasts and harmonious flavors. Every course spoke to Chef Aprea’s impeccable craftsmanship and the deep understanding of Italian heritage, with thoughtful modern touches that earned the restaurant its two Michelin stars.
