N'Ombra de Vin is celebrated for its unique historic atmosphere and vast wine selection, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. Diners often praise the ambiance of the ancient refectory and the quality of the wine and charcuterie boards. However, some patrons have reported negative experiences with staff attitudes and feeling rushed, particularly during peak hours.
"What a lovely place to spend a cold winter evening! Me and my friend enjoyed this place so much.
We ordered a bottle of wine and a cheese board which was very good.
And my friend loved the peeled almonds I took a pic just to see if I can find it somewhere else :))"

"I really loved the atmosphere of this place. Everyone is hanging out in front of the restaurant with a glass of wine, chatting and enjoying themselves; and the crowd is great. The restaurant uses high; quality drinks, and I’ll definitely come back every time I visit Milan!"
Özgün Uçankale
"This was a chance find and seemingly popular hangout for locals and tourists.
There is a good wine selection and the place is well known for their cold cuts and cheese.
The downside here is that we had an unpleasant experience with the staff. We were walk ins with no reservations and moved around a couple of times despite there being plenty of unreserved tables available.
The bill was presented to us whilst we were only half way through our bottle of wine, and we felt rushed to finish. Not the best experience"
