"Absolutely lovely little bar tucked away in a charming alley in Palermo. The cocktails were well-balanced and creative, the service was friendly and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about feedback — everything felt thoughtful without trying too hard. Great spot to stumble upon and even better to return to."

"Great cocktails choice! But only till 22:00 then they will limit the cocktail card to the half on the classic cocktails! But they have a lot of Spritz versions.
The staff forget my reservation on messenger (please check your message there I was placing it minimum 1 week before).
Staff is friendly and English speaking able but the last order they forgot and after 20 min of order first drink we left. Sorry therefore-1 Stars.
The vibe is great a lot of people sitting outside. Inside is no air conditioning.
Prices see attachment.
The cocktails tastes good and had great appearance.
The seats are mostly little chairs so no very comfy but ok. Prices around 6 to 10 Eur.
They will charge you every time they deliver your order. Card is acceptable for them.

Top Bars To Try In Palermo, Sicily
The paint’s a little faded above the door, but the rough stone walls, wooden-beam ceilings and mismatched art-deco-style decor add bags of rustic character to this cosy bar. It’s conveniently tucked away on a side street in the Old Town, close to the port. When it’s full inside, as is often the case, the crowd spills out onto the pavement to drink until the early hours of the morning.

Peep through the heavy red-velvet curtains and the offbeat charm of this tiny space will instantly appeal: the city's creative crowd sip smoked negronis at the bar, while students linger over card games at the outdoor tables. The peeling green facade, wax-crusted candelabras and rickety vintage chairs haven't changed in years, and the platters of complimentary aperitivo (slices of doughy focaccia, bruschetta and aubergine-filled buns) are a tasty bonus. On summer nights, people spill onto the street into the small hours.
The 10 Best Bars in Palermo, Sicily
I can’t say I’ve tried them all but I loved Botteghe Colletti so much; it feels like it epitomses everything Palermo is about. By day, this cobblestone alleyway is often just used as a cut-through to reach Via Vittorio Emanuele but, by night, this street comes alive. The small interior is opulent, reminding me of a 1920’s cocktail bar, but grab a beer and head outside where the crowds perch on the curbs admiring the street art painted on metal shutters.
