We’ve enjoyed both the traditional and contemporary tasting menus here with full wine pairing and we’re completely overjoyed by both experiences. You will walk away so satisfied and nourished, even educated about the region’s deep food culture.
This restaurant is a gem that deserves worldwide acclaim and I hope that they continue to thrive. Easily bests many of the Michelin starred restaurants we’ve enjoyed at all three levels.
The two owners are brothers (Chef and Maitre Di) and have a concept here worth traveling to Perugia for.
An additional compliment to Alessandro, our young waiter, who speaks remarkably excellent English and was personable as well as deeply professional.
We went on a quiet evening mid week and did not have a reservation, however, we were incredibly lucky and recommended by local friends. I would book out your reservation well in advance because this menu is set to explode their appeal.
Really a lifelong memory we’ll cherish and return for.

It is extremely well curated and loaded with the greatest wines of the region, particularly focused on producers working in a regenerative and natural farming style.
