"While in Montepulciano, we found Lieviti Pizzeria. It is in an interesting building that was an old wine cellar. We had a margherita pizza and a pizza that had figs and prosciutto.
The Margherita pizza was very good. The pizza with the figs was ok. It looked great and was unique, but I wasn’t a fan.
I would recommend the restaurant, but probably not the fig pizza."

"Enjoyed eating at this restaurant. The flavours of the toppings were extremely good. The ambiance was lovely. The draft IPA was delicious. My only criticism is that the pizza was not hot enough. If it came fresh out of the oven it should have been too hot to bite into. It came to me only warm. Why is this? The restaurant was not that busy. In fact I never did see them use the wood fired oven. Is it there just for show? Makes you wonder."
