Reviews Summary
Pizzeria Fratelli D'Auria is highly praised for its exceptional Neapolitan pizzas, with many calling them the best they've ever had. Diners also appreciate the unique dough options, including gluten-free, and the convenient location near the airport. While the atmosphere is generally warm and welcoming, some find the wine selection pricey, and a few mention unexpected service charges.
"Such a vivid little find. Would've never found it if I didn't decide to walk to town. The atmosphere was electric. It must be where all the locals went because it was absolutely packed. And for good reason!
The twice cooked pizza was so unique and special and is a must try. A creative twist on the original. Crispy but still maintains that core Italian flavour.
The classics were amazing too you just can't go wrong. Somehow they managed to get the flavours so pure and so simple.
What was incredibly surprising was the BÁBÁ dessert. Something that's special to the region! Took me completely off guard and is a must try.
Definitely worth getting off into the beaten track to get to this place. It's so underrated"

"Amazing experience, quiet place a bit out of the city center, an enormous choice and many contemporary positions. It is possible to choose your own dough, even multigrain and gluten free. Both were delicious. Huge advantage for the gluten free dough which felt like made at home with love, best of all!"

"A short walk from our accommodation as we were flying out early the following day, and a really excellent find. I can honestly say it was the best pizza I've had ever...totally delicious. Not beaten in the cards of the two weeks we spent in Italy earlier this month. Service was great, attentive but unobtrusive....the menu is via a QR code and they have a button set up on the table for when you want the staffs' attention. The service charge is what it is, and is charged most places you sit down to eat or drink, so folk complaining about that will be in for a shock on the rest of their trip.
I wonder if a cheeky cheap flight to Pisa for dinner is an option 🤔 lol"
