For the last 30 years our favourite boat stop place in Camogli. The fish ravioli, the tuna 🍣 tataki and the Italian tempura (fritto misto) are Primula’s classics. Last night we tried the off-menu CARBONARA 🍝: best one we ever had and made to perfection. Professional and attentive staff to us and the children even when the place was packed."

"A delicious spot in the shade with a gorgeous view! We started with the tuna tartare, which is a MUST-HAVE: the strawberries and mint combo is so refreshing and so much flavor! We also gad the lasagna bolognese, pesto pasta with potatoes and green beans, and the most delicious affogato I’ve ever had!

"This is a historic caffe/restaurant in Camogli. Great location on the promenade giving you the best seat with a wonderful view on the gulf. The staff is very polite offering a very good service. If you are visiting Camogli, just stop-by even for a nice coffee and you will like the experience."

On the seafront, Bar Primula makes excellent cocktails and is a great place for an evening drink and watching the local scene. The most picturesque sunset view is from the terrace of Cennobio Al Doge, and the cocktails are good. (I've never eaten there.) Get yourselves up there if you suspect the sunset is going to be good.
