Cà de Vèn è un’enoteca dall’atmosfera di altri tempi, attiva dal ’75 in un palazzo quattrocentesco del centro. È frequentata non solo dai ravennati, ma anche da tanti romagnoli che vengono da fuori apposta, e si distingue per l’ampiezza della cantina, in buona parte dedicata alle Doc e Igt del territorio. Degna di nota è anche la loro piadina, che si fa alla “vecchia maniera” con lo strutto, oppure con olio evo.

Dopo una visita alla Basilica di Sant’Apollinare Nuovo e ai suoi mosaici si può arrivare alla vicina Cà de Vèn, una vera istituzione. Il ristorante è lì dal 1975, si trova in un palazzo del ‘400 e si viene per l’atmosfera, la piadina e i ricchi taglieri di salumi; si beve anche, con molta Romagna nel bicchiere e con l’Albana secco (il bianco di queste zone) e il Bursòn che scorre a fiumi.
