Reviews Summary

Colline Emiliane is celebrated for its exceptional, fresh homemade pasta and authentic Emilian cuisine, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps diners coming back. While the food is consistently praised, some reviews mention service inconsistencies and the absolute necessity of making reservations well in advance.

"AMAZING PASTA! extremely fresh! You have to make reservations in advance or hope someone doesn’t come to their reservation. It was so delicious we were able to get a table for dinner and booked a table for lunch the next day. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was too loud but loud enough to feel like your conversation was private. I highly recommend the stuffed pasta in butter sauce!!"

Chantal Arbic

"All the pastas are made fresh in house. The pumpkin ravioli was so good! Thin fresh pastas go along with everything. Don’t miss out."

SteakEm All

"Wow. We followed some reviews to see if they could sit us without a reservation. They did! The pumpkin ravioli, lasagna, and stuff pork chop…. Too good to describe. Wish we could’ve gotten the lemon meringue!"

The focus here is on perfectly-made egg pasta, so thinly rolled it feels like satin. Try to swing reservations in advance -- this is hands down the best restaurant near the Trevi Fountain. The pumpkin tortellini with sage and butter is a near-religious experience.
