"Our experience at Trapizzino started rough but ended wonderfully (food and service was great!). When we arrived, we were the first where it says “Wait here for table”. No one spoke to us for about 10-15 minutes, even with several attempts to ask staff. We were told there’s a list, but our name was not taken. But once they did engage us, we were seated and we had a wonderful server- so helpful and kind, and amazing food. Both the Trapizzino and suplí were great! We would definitely return. I would suggest to the restaurant to have someone dedicated to taking names at the front."
