"Very small restaurant with really big heart! Classic family owned and operated restaurant with a lot of love for the food that the husband is creating in the kitchen and service and atmosphere that the wife is delivering to the clients. Quality and authenticity is at the highest level. To be perfectly honest, I would give much higher review in terms of the "soul" of the food then some big name restaurants in Palermo. The freshest ingredients. The tradition. The attention to the quality of the final dish, it is all there. We were early in the season, before the outside tables and terrace were built, making it a 5 tables restaurant, and even with that pre season mode, the food was excellent. Everything was made from scratch (we were seating close enough to the kitchen to hear every step of your order coming to life). This is what comes to mind when you are imagining the traditional food of Sicily, lots of traditions, best ingredients, delicious !"
