You enter down some steps and are warmly welcomed. We were told about the menu and had any questions answered and more. We received some info about local wines and received an excellent pairing with our food selections.

Francesco and his colleagues will make your stay in the wine cellar a true happening. When you enter you are greeted with a lot of joy and immediately feel welcome.
The wine tasting (1/2 or full glasses) is a great way of tasting many different local wines for a good price.
All products are local, and the quality of both the wines as well as the food is amazing. I would for sure recommend the cold cut and cheese platter, it comes with amazingly beautiful bread and will be a great lunch to share.
The wines are great, Francesco has a lot of knowledge and will cater to your every need and preference.
Don't forget to bring some wine, olive oil or other products back home to enjoy!

Paco Wines is quite a famous underground wine bar we went to after dinner on the last night. I think it gets really busy in peak season, so you might want to book ahead!. It’s housed in quite an atmospheric vaulted cellar, with (unsurprisingly) an extensive list of wines to choose from.
