"The view from the restaurant is absolutely amazing – definitely the highlight of our visit! The staff were friendly and professional, which created a pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, unfortunately it didn’t quite meet our expectations. I ordered the steak medium, but it came out a bit overcooked, and the sauce wasn’t very memorable.
Yeah prices are on the higher side compared to other places we’ve tried, so we were hoping for a bit more in terms of flavor. Still, a lovely place to enjoy the scenery and relax ^^"

Hands down one of the best panoramic views in Taormina, overlooking the stunning swimming spot Isola Bella. We’ve been coming to Il Gabbiano for lunch ever since we first visited Taormina many years ago. The decor used to be quite basic but they’ve redecorated over the last few years and it looks much more elegant now.
