"Perhaps we went when they were super busy and understaffed, but it took around 15 minutes for the waiter (who was very friendly and helpful and spoke fantastic English!!) to take our order. It took another 15 minutes for any water and drinks to be placed on our table (30 minutes after been seated), which was then followed 5 minutes after by our food arriving (one of which was slightly wrong). Our side then arrived around 10 minutes after we finished our food, they ended up knocking this off of the bill thankfully. All in all, great food, just bad service unfortunately but perhaps we caught them on a bad day who knows."
