GROM is celebrated for its delicious, high-quality gelato made with fresh, natural ingredients. Diners rave about signature flavors and the commitment to artisanal craftsmanship. While many praise the friendly staff and unique taste experience, some visitors expected more given the hype, though still found the gelato good.

"Okayyyyyy for a ice cream for dessert or afternoon break. They open until late so that's cool. They have a lot of choice and prices are attractive. Looks like a subway of ice cream but that's fine. People were nice. No the best ice cream ever though. But that was good still"

"Chiara, Irena and Elisa were very professional and funny!! Thank you! Beautiful girls"

100% natural this gelato chain uses no artificial flavourings. Founded in Turin in 2002 by Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom they now have locations in New York, Paris and Tokyo. What to Eat & Drink and Where in Turin
I had to go to Grom this trip because Turin is where it began, and I sought out their very first shop in Piazza Paleocapa. Grom has been bought out by Unilever and is thus appearing everywhere and I can buy tubs in my local supermarket (Waitrose only as yet in UK), and their first shop in London opened last year, but it’s still wonderful. I can only hope its quality won’t suffer with the expansion.
7 of the Best Gelato Shops in Turin
Since opening its first shop in 2002, Grom has become a global sensation with outposts in Lisbon, London, Paris, Prague and Shanghai, as well as all across Italy. Don’t let that detract from its brilliance – it’s world-famous for a reason. Owner’s Guido Marinetti and Federico Grom describe themselves as “curious, details freaks, agricultural nerds and emotional” on the website.

Oggi Grom non è solo una buona gelateria ma una delle eccellenze italiane nel mondo.
