Reviews Summary
Osteria Il Bertoldo is praised for its exceptional food quality, attentive and friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. Diners particularly enjoy the authentic Veronese cuisine, with special mentions for the risotto all'Amarone and gluten-free options. While the intimate setting is charming, it also means the space can get busy, making reservations essential.
"The place is a narrow road and in a quiet area. We booked for the dinner and the way the booking was made on the phone had already indicated that the place has an excellent customer service. Once there the experience was superb from start to finish. The service was impeccable and efficient with us and all the other clients. And the food was divinely exquisite. For started we the cold cuts and main course the tagliata that was cooked to perfection. As dessert I had the Tiramisu that was delicious and with the right balance. I highly recommend the place as it has all the right ingredients for a beautiful dining experience. My only remorse is that I did not have wine….but it may be for the next time I am in Verona when I will surely return to the restaurant. A note to the management….keep it up."
