What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners rave about the exceptionally tender pork and flavorful, aromatic broth, calling it some of the best ramen in town. The convenient location near the station is a plus. While many find the ramen excellent and affordable, a few have noted the pork can be very fatty, the broth too salty, or the noodles slightly overcooked.
"Wow, absolute fire. I loved most of this ramen. The noodles were a little overcooked, but otherwise, perfect broth - meaty, clear, flavorful and easy to drink. Excellent toppings, soft as hell char sui, sweet and tangy. Amazing. I'd recommend getting a regular portion and adding char sui. I found that my proportions were just right with that strategy. It might have felt a bit lacking otherwise."

"The pork on ramen was basically 70% fat. It's not typically slices but just bits. Taste of the soup was alright but extremely greasy. The dumpling was either steamed or boiled. The texture is like wonton which no one will expect. Won't go there again"

"The broth is tasty but a little too salty. It is a small place with 2 tables for 4 people each, and a line of 4 single seats along the wall. They have student ramen for 490y, which can upsize for 520y, so I saw a few students there dinner time. The fried golden brown garlic bits that came with the ramen is very nice, but I didn't like the char siu shredded, as that made it seem like I got less char siu than sliced ones."
