ランチに訪問
「海老入りつゆそば」を注文。
平日なのでお客も少なく品物はすぐに出て来た。
最初に一口スープを…ぬるい。
熱々の麺が出て来ると思いきや残念だったので「温めてもらえますか」と言うと、作り直しますとの事。
ほどなくして仕切り直し頂く。
スープはまぁ普通にアッサリ塩味。
麺は細目の麺。
何より気になったのは盛り付け。
美しく無い。
海老のプリプリ感にも欠ける。
にしても平均しておまぁまぁの味だったと言える。
ホテルオークラの中に入ってる素晴らしい中華レストランと期待し過ぎたか。
¥1700の味とは言えない気がした。
レストラン内の照明も暗目で料理が映えない。
もう少し明るくても良いのはと思う。"
