"I’ll always remember my very first quality tonkatsu pork loin. Nothing will ever replace it and you’ll always rate everything against it. This is very close to that first amazing time. Crispy yet delicate, moist but with a good bite. It so well done.
What blew us away was the side dishes. Potatoes salad with egg (it in the center). The gooey soft boiled egg with the fluffy potato salad. Tomatoes. Simple and delicious. Tofu. Like a palate cleanser. Soft boiled egg wrapped with pork belly. The sauce they pair with it is so complex and a great compliment. The kids meal was fun with the purple potato.
They serve cold barley tea which was so refreshing in the humid post typhoon weather. Service was attentive and quick.
Parking is available right across the street and after 5 it’s only 200yen an hour. Before 5 is 300yen/hour.
Tonkatsu lovers rejoice."
