"My visit was in Nov 2023 and it was my first 3 Michelin star experience in Japan. The entire experience was out of this world and there were a lot of photos I couldn't share because of the picture limit.

Service was top notch and the restaurant assigned an English speaking staff to me. Food was incredible and I went all in to get the full experience. Even though the entire meal was expensive, I thought it was worth every cent!"

"Stepping into Hajime was an unforgettable experience. As a fan of vegetables, I was blown away by the massive variety of incredible veggie dishes. Each one was a delightful surprise. The grilled amadai fish was a standout—perfectly cooked with a delicate flavor that was simply divine. Another highlight was the hacho miso fish chip, which was just so cute and tasty. The cheese dish is something I can eat everyday and I'm not even a cheese person. The creativity of the menu really shines through with dishes like the foie gras sandwich, which I've never seen anywhere else. The entire meal was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate; the presentation was so fun, with a lot of dry ice adding a dramatic, magical touch. It’s a truly special place and worth every bit of hype."
