Sapporo Beer Garden offers a unique dining experience with its all-you-can-eat Jingisukan and exclusive beers in a historic setting. While many praise the quality of lamb and the authentic atmosphere, some find the meat can be tough and ordering via robot system can be challenging. The vegetarian option was also noted as a potential issue for mixed groups.
"Good grilled hot pan. What recommended was the lamp and variety of sapporo beer! 🍺
The atmosphere kinda feels like canteen but people come here to have a good time in a big table or group. With the snow outside make the vibe always feel like Christmas! 🎄 😆"

"for some reason I find other Jingisukan bbq taste better. but they did have a exclusive sapporo beer varient only for them. the five star. it taste refreshingly good.
overall it's a cozy and nice environment ... a place to dine before visit sapporo beer museum
parking situation around this area is plentiful too"

"The taste and atmosphere at the Sapporo Beer Garden were truly excellent. We really enjoyed our time there. One downside, however, was that we were a group of four, and one of us is a vegetarian. We had to order the meat buffet for all four of us and then add a separate seafood dish just for the vegetarian, which was a bit disappointing. Still, it’s definitely worth visiting at least once!"

Sapporo beer (サッポロビール) (an outbound link) https://www.sapporobeer.jp/english/ is an international brand now with its roots firmly in Sapporo. Beer is made of malt, hops, water, and yeast because just like sake, beer needs to be fermented. Sapporo beer uses as many local Hokkaido ingredients as possible, for example, my favorite Sapporo Classic uses only malts from Hokkaido-grown barley and Sorachi 1984—another favorite of mine—gets its taste from Sorachi ace hops cultivated by Sapporo beer.
