"One of the best meals we have had in Japan during our one month trip very good value for what you get. We spent much more than this in restaurants around Japan and had far less of an experience. The meat is very good quality service extremely fast and overall experience was great.. we tried to come our first night in takayama, but unfortunately we came a little bit too late so our third night we rocked up at 4:35. Got seated at five and finished our meal by 6.30. We would definitely have came again if we were not leaving tomorrow. By the time we left at 6:30 there were no more tickets available so my recommendation would be to arrive to collect your ticket between 4.30 and 5.30 to ensure you get a spot.."
