What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kaitenzushi Nemuro Hanamaru is praised for its incredibly fresh sushi, generous portions, and remarkably reasonable prices. While the wait times can be exceptionally long, many find the quality and value well worth it. Some reviews suggest ordering off-menu for the best experience, and a rare negative review cited a severe adverse reaction to the food.
"I arrived at 11:15 AM, just 15 minutes after the restaurant opened, and there were already 37 queues ahead of me. Although the wait was around 1.5 hours, I could walk around Tokyo station and come back to line up when my turn was near. Food was delicious and very fresh, the staff was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Definitely worth the wait!"

"Had a great experience here with co workers. There was about a 15 minute wait around 5:30 PM. We got seated at the counter and ordered food immediately. There is a little sheet of paper where you write down the number of the food you want with quantity and they will hand you your order if it is not on the belt. You get complimentary green tea and hot water at your counter.
There are also random specials called out during the service and they will show you. If you want it just ask! A simple Sumimasen and the wonderful staff will take your piece of paper and you will get your food shortly.
Super fresh fish and a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend."

"Sushi dishes are very fresh. Recommend Premium Tuna, Scallops and Prawn sushi. Owing to the shop is so popular, customers should prepare to wait for at least an hour for seats."
