This is a popular tempura restaurant that has been around for quite some time.
I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night.
I think it's fairly easy to make a reservation.
The inside of the store has a really old-fashioned feel, with U-shaped counter seats and small square-backed chairs lined up.
Most long-established tempura, sushi, and soba restaurants have chairs like this.
The course is probably around the mid to upper 10,000 yen range.
The clam somen noodles came out first and it was delicious.
After that, there were 14 tempura dishes. Start from Hatoshi.
Tempura is eaten with salt instead of tempura sauce. It's fluffy tempura.
In between, they serve critters like crabs and sea urchins, and the bowls are gorgeous, with sea bream tempura in them.
Also, it was cute to see the Japanese shrimp appearing here and there in between the courses.
I think it appeared a total of 4 times.
It's you again! I want to scream, but I'm happy so I deal with it calmly.
I had a choice of Tendon or Tencha for the final dish, so I chose Tendon. The shrimp tempura bowl was also delicious.
The vegetables that came out along the way were delicious, and personally, I was very happy when the corn tempura came out.
Considering the atmosphere, I would still be happy if it was a little cheaper, but it's nice to be able to casually enjoy slightly luxurious tempura, and each dish is delicious.

錦糸町の南口から徒歩3,4分のところにある天ぷら屋さん。
割と前からある、人気の天ぷら屋さんです。
平日の夜に予約して伺いました。
予約は割と取りやすいと思う。
店内はほんとに昔ながらのお店て感じで、コの字型のカウンター席に、背もたれの小さな四角い椅子が並んでます。
だいたい老舗の天ぷらとか寿司屋とか蕎麦屋ってこんな椅子やんな。
コースはたぶん1万円台半ばから後半くらいかな?
最初に蛤の素麺が出てくるけど美味しかった。
その後天ぷらが14品。はとしからスタート。
天ぷらは天つゆ使わずに基本塩で食べるスタイル。ふわっとした天ぷらです。
間にカニとかウニとか生物だしてくれたり、お椀も鯛の天ぷらが入ってたりと豪華です。
あとコースの合間にちょこちょこサイマキエビが登場するのが可愛かった。
合計4回も登場したかな。
またお前か!って叫びたくなるけど嬉しいことなので冷静に対処。
締めものは天丼か、天茶かを選べるので天丼にしました。小エビの天丼でこれも美味しかったです。
途中で出てくる野菜も美味しかったし個人的にはとうもろこしの天ぷら出てきてとてもうれしかった。
雰囲気とか考えるともう少し安いとなお嬉しいけど、ちょっと贅沢した天ぷらが気軽に味わえるのは良いし一品も美味しいのが良いです。"
