I booked this restaurant through a Vacation Package, which requires reserving a dining time. When you arrive, the staff will guide you to your table and let you know when Chef Mickey will be coming around.
When Chef Mickey comes to your table, you can only take a group shot - Individual photos are not allowed.

"We loved everything about our lunch experience here. This was added in as a part of our Vacation Package. The food quality was amazing, as we normally have pretty low standards for buffets back home in Australia. The staff were amazing, ensuring that we were looked after, from beginning to end. We had the pleasure of meeting Mickey, as well as take a couple of photos with him during our dining time. It was a very positive experience. We even opted for a "Happy Wish Day" Set as a honeymoon souvenir to take home!
P.S. Give yourself ample time to get there from Disneyland Park as you also have to catch a bus over to the Disney Ambassador Hotel as well."

"As part of the Disney vacation package we booked, breakfast at Chef Mickey in the Disney Ambassador Hotel was included — and it was such a delightful experience!
The breakfast is a buffet style with a great selection of delicious food, and many of the items were cutely shaped like Mickey, which made it even more fun and special. The food was not only adorable but also very tasty!
One of the highlights was getting to meet Chef Mickey himself! There are timings for character meet-and-greets, and we were lucky to meet him in the morning for some photos. It made the whole breakfast experience even more magical.
Highly recommend dining here if you’re staying at the hotel or visiting — a perfect way to start your Disney day!"
