"I seldom post about the food that I have in restaurants but on this occasion because of the awful experiences that I’ve had in Nairobi I feel that I should highlight this one as well above the others. The antipasti was as good as I have had in Italy, the snapper was well cooked and seasoned and the gnocchi light although the sauce could have been a little bit looser. All in all given location and the competition I have highlighted this little gem in a sea of rocks. One last thing… they have moved location and google has not updated the map. Check their facebook page for the address and get a bolt taxi as it is a little bit out."

"Mothers Day, Dinner! Who knew it would be this bad at the Raphta Road Branch.
It's the food that was horrible and slow service, the place is lovely and the staff are nice.
We ordered a large capresse, margarita pizza, spinach & ricotta ravioli, mushroom rissoto, and a pesto spaghetti. My nephew, who is 3, refused to eat the pizza as it tasted weird. The sauce was off (tasted of sweet tomato and thats it), and pizza was too tough to bite or cut. The rissoto was blend and had 0 flavour in it. The spaghetti was the only dish that was okay but even that the pesto was not pesto, it's the ingredients of pesto that are tossed into the spaghetti. The ravioli was same, lacked the flavour of the filling and was hard. We asked for extra butter for the bread basket, but we were told there isn't, but after that, they made a butter and sage ravioli to serve us, made no sense.
We have been to La terraza Ngong Road, but this was just not the same.
For sure will not be returning to this one!"
