Language barrier for me a foreign tourist somehow made the experience rather ‘neighborly’ where the waitress trying to explain the menu and recommendation and ordering with gestures and face expression, coupled with helps from local customers also with gestures and expression, felt like blending in the Punta Arenas morning.
The menu is simple to me, sandwich cheese or without cheese. The simplest breakfast, great start of the day."

"One of Punta Arenas biggest hotspots. Roca is a great place to get a quick bite and coffee! The small bite size sandwiches only have two options available, with or without cheese. The food is pretty good and considering how busy it always is, I'd say it's very popular. One of the places you have to try while you're in the city. The service is very quick and they turn those things out in record time. Considering how busy it is throughout the whole day, they are very direct and quick with the orders. I've seen loads of people walking around with the distinct yellow/brown coffee cups. If I was a coffee drinker I'd definitely try it out but it's not for me. I can tell by seeing everyone that they loved it tho!
The interior design has a Universidad de Chile theme where the walls are adorned with merchandise from shirts to flags and whatnot. It's a nice vibe with a retro cafe style interior."

"Very quiet on a Monday afternoon around 3:30pm. Walked in and sat immediately at the counter. service was fast and kind. Banana milk was to die for; the chorizo biscuit was good but nothing I’d wait in line for too long. Very old school atmosphere that feels stuck in time but in a good way"
