"The place is very nice. Prices are quite high. Food is tasty. We had just few juices and pizza. And pizza is big which is good. Because I was afraid of a tiny overpriced one. But luckily this place is pretty good."

Another good cafe to try out in town is the Indigo Cafe, located just down the road from the Royal Palace. This cafe offers a wide variety of food and drinks, but what makes it so famous is its bakery, with its delicious fresh bread and pastries. I ordered a hot Lao coffee, which comes with condensed milk at the bottom (milk is optional), and a delicious buttery croissants.

100% Lao Arabica coffee is served in the charming setting of Indigo Café. Aside from the strong coffee, the cafeteria features awesome vegan and non-vegan options, scrumptious cakes and pastries, but the real cherry on top is the breezy terrace that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant; the view goes out onto the Night Market.

We met up with some friends at a bar, the Indigo Cafe, which was very close to the food markets. It had a roof top area with bean bags and mats on the floor where we could relax with drinks. Plus the view of the markets all lit up was pretty cool too.
