Reviews Summary

Boutique Léa Linster Delicatessen is celebrated for its exceptional madeleines and the charming presence of Chef Léa Linster herself. While many praise the quality of the baked goods and the cozy atmosphere, one TripAdvisor review details a profoundly negative and 'rude' experience with the owner, highlighting a potential disconnect in customer service for those unaware of the establishment's specific concept. "Before trying the madeleines here, I never had a great impression on mareleines. I never understood what the hype for madeleines were. Even at Oberweis, the madeleines are so so, at best 5/10. I’ve tasted madeleines all over the world and they have always been just OK.

The madeleines here are exceptional. We bought 2 to try. They were so good, we bought 4 the next time. Before leaving Luxembourg, we bought 8. The classic ones.
You can taste the quality and freshness. Indescifrable but when you taste it, you will know. 2 euro a piece is a bit pricey but for the quality, it was worth it."

"Bumped into this quaint delicatessen while looking for a cafe. So I decided to stop and have my very first madeleine ever. It perfectly pairs with tea, delicately sweet. I also enjoyed the atmosphere just as much. I’ll definitely be back."

"What a Surprise. Entered to this place to have a coffee and a bite. Never knew it is where world famous madelines are made by the famous one and only Paul Bocuse award winning female chef Lea Linster. So tasty, soft and crunchy only at the edge. Had a quiche out of this world. Thank you so much for the wonderful service Great Chef. Bought also her cook book and wine. My shere luck to visit such a place of a world reknown personality."
