"Haven't been here for quite awhile, menu had upgraded. They served very very very good vongole pasta. I personally rate it 10/10. Pasta cooked to perfection and the clam was juicy clean, superb tasty, and very affordable price. Great service by the team too, better than a lot of hotel's services. Keep up the good work. See u next round for Seafood Aglio Olio."

"I give 4.5 stars for the food but service total let down 0 star. It was lunch time when we arrived almost full. I believe they get use to lunch time crowd. We ordered white bait (snack), seabass and dabai fried rice for main. The drink came out fast, waited 10min for seabass. I told my husband not to wait for me because I feel my dabai fried rice is simple to prepare. After 30 min my husband finished his meal, my fried rice still not out. I approached the waitress she told me kitchen very busy. Ok I accepted it waited 10min no sign of my food.....10 min...5 min later finally arrived. Such a simple food dabai/rice, some anchovies & egg it took nearly an hour to prepare & everything on the plate is cold. Asked the waitress why the food is not hot when she sent over the white bait. She said fried rice they done it earlier but kitchen so busy. No apology just excuses it's unacceptable. I feel the staff really need some training, looking around I see all the lunch crowd gone but none of the table is cleared, the waitresses all standing at the corner talking. Also saw the waitresses were talking among themselves with plates of food on their hands. Why is the hygiene? Your customer doesn't want to have saliva on their food. For a restaurant that has won an award it's a shame with such bad service. I saw some great comments on the service I guess we are some of the unlucky ones. I really hope the management should look into what's going in the kitchen and front service staff."

"Very posh place with a lovely ambience — great for a relaxing meal. The mushroom soup was surprisingly cream-free, but still very flavorful and comforting. The smoked duck pasta was the highlight — absolutely delicious! Tried the Shirley Temple as well, and it was pretty good. The chicken panini, however, was disappointing — too much bread and not enough chicken, also quite bland. Despite that, the service was attentive and overall it was a pleasant dining experience."
