"O’tan is an absolute gem inside the Tulum Country Club. This cozy, homey spot serves some of the most delicious local food I’ve had. Their Chilaquiles Mayan are a must-try for breakfast—perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of spice. The avocado toast is another standout, served with a fresh and delicious side salad. For something heartier, their tortilla soup is incredibly creamy and smoky, while the arrachera tacos are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on their guacamole—paired with the crunchiest, most delicious chips I’ve ever had!

Beyond the amazing food, the service is fantastic. The staff is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. They host karaoke on Saturday evening and live music on Sunday. The ambiance is dreamy, surrounded by lush trees, making every meal here feel like a peaceful escape. If you’re in the area, O’tan is a must-visit!"

"A beautiful setting, a great menu but so poorly executed. When your customers are tourists who tend to tip generously, you would think the owners would invest in basic training. The service was incredibly poor, very slow, uninterested waiter, more interested in his phone. Zero sense of the customers, serving those that came later first etc. terribly long wait for the food, forgot one of the dishes , if they didn’t have a captive market, they would not survive"
