"Had so much fun here. The entertainment with shows, fire girls, music. Loved 90% of the experience. Restaurant was beyond beautiful. Service was great other than the shots delivery. Food was great.

I removed two stars because we ordered shots and they delivered the with shot women and sparklers, however my significant other wasn’t there and was in bathroom. so for these extremely expensive shots he missed the show that came with them. I feel they should always check to be sure parties that ordered the shots (him) was at table. he showed up as they walked away, so he was already gone when they were getting it ready and could have held off a few moments so he could have enjoyed the experience with me. I don’t like him missing out and he wouldn’t have liked that for me either. It was actually rather embarrassing to have everyone staring and sitting alone without him. I wanted to crawl in a hole. 🤦‍♀️

"My wife and I celebrated our 37th anniversary at RosaNegra, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel special, but our server Mauricio truly went above and beyond. His attention to detail and warm service made the evening unforgettable.

We started with the mushroom starter in a vinaigrette sauce, which was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I enjoyed the flame-grilled bone-in ribeye prepared table side—an amazing experience both in taste and presentation. My wife chose the lamb, and it was cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere was elevated by a lively fire show, and to top it all off, we were surprised with a personalized Baked Alaska that was both delicious and thoughtful. Every staff member worked seamlessly as a team, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening.

RosaNegra gave us an anniversary to remember, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a world-class dining experience."
