Excellent service, clean and the rooms are gorgeous as well as the public courtyard. It's extremely safe and private. One of the highlights of our trip to Tepoztlán was staying at this hotel. Our room was Federica #3, very spacious with all of the amenities you might need, the room doesn't have a hot tub, instead it has a beautiful fountain and private patio with breathtaking views of the mountains. Perfect place for a couple weekend getaway. Can't recommend this place enough. 💓💓💓"
