"Had a great experience at Laredo — so good we ended up going back the following day. "Lardo is a chic restaurant surrounded by lush greenery. It is a very popular spot but we were seated for breakfast within 10-15 minutes without reservation. While we waited, they directed us toward a little walk through window where we could get coffee and baked goods. I ordered the eggs Benedict but was a little underwhelmed by the flavor. It could use more spice. The eggs were very yummy and cheesy and served with a simple but savory bread. The chilaquiles were served with a solid sauce and crispy tortilla chips. The coffee was decent but nothing too spectacular. I really enjoyed the restaurant layout. We got seated at the bar which allowed us to look at the kitchen staff working hard to prep food and the waiters rushing around to serve the bustling restaurant. It helped me appreciate the work put into making a delicious meal! The staff was kind and we met a nice traveller seated next to us at the bar. The bathrooms are well maintained for a busy restaurant."

Their bread is the same as their pizza crust and it is the best part of their food. The service was okay, we just had to wait way longer than they told us.
