I think Meroma is an under-recognized gem in the heart of Roma Norte. I’ve long-lunched, and intimate-dinner’d upstairs on their covered patio and lovely indoor space but my favourite seat is downstairs in their retro-decor’d bar. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the dishes but I always have to order the ensalada de cogollo (romaine heart salad with furikake, puffed rice and a smoked tofu lemon dressing), their crudo of the day and a pasta or 2.

Meroma It is my favorite sunny day restaurant in Roma Norte. While the restaurant has a nice indoor dining room, I love sitting on their beautiful upstairs terrace that has a view of the pretty street in CDMX, Colima. The food is also excellent and is produced by 2 very talented young chefs, Mercedes Bernal and Rodney Cusic, who graduated from the International Culinary Center in New York before opening Meroma in Mexico City.

The Bar at Meroma: The best way to describe this bar is small, quaint, mid century modern movie set. When sitting in the lounge area of the bar, it's a small and intimate spot for drinks, as it only sits about 20 patrons. Don't let the number scare you, as the bar staff loves to strike up conversation, and even treat its guest to complementary shots.

Meroma is a super trendy restaurant in Mexico City located in Roma Norte. I’m honestly surprised how vegan/vegetarian friendly Mexico is. This menu has so many good options like roasted mushroom risotto, fennel & celery salad, and more.

One of the best restaurants in Mexico City is the chic Meroma. They believe in sustainable and ethical food practices and only work with local ingredients. The restaurant features eclectic cuisine and both creative and classic drinks.

Meroma — Newer to the fine dining scene in Mexico City, this place was also fantastic. Elevated design with a cool bar on the first floor. Easier to get into than Rosetta or Maximo and definitely the same caliber of food as Rosetta.

Meroma is another restaurant in Mexico City that I would highly recommend. They’re all about putting a fresh twist on classic Mexican flavors. They use local, seasonal ingredients to create some seriously delicious dishes.

Food –Contemporary, a mix of styles and ingredients, Mexican and other cuisines, thoughtful preparation and presentation. Ambiance – upscale chic, hip, dress a little nice, two floors and also outdoor seating.
