"Cuerno is undoubtedly a destination-worthy restaurant, and our meal there (we were celebrating my nephew’s college graduation) was exceptional in many ways. The food alone justifies a visit: standouts included the chicharrones de pulpo (a must-order appetizer) and the pulpo zarandeado, along with flawlessly cooked short ribs and steak. While the steak and ribs could have benefited from accompanying sides, their generous portions and quality made this a minor note. Even the cocktails, though slightly milder than I prefer, were well crafted.

That said, at this caliber of restaurant, I’ve come to expect service that matches the culinary excellence. Unfortunately, our waiter seemed stretched thin, with delays in drink orders, a prolonged wait to place our meal, and an overall lack of attentiveness (perhaps due to larger tables taking priority) dimmed the experience slightly.

Still, Cuerno’s kitchen delivers brilliance on the plate, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it. With a bit more focus on seamless service, it could truly shine as the five-star experience it aspires to be."
