The kitchen is so open that you can see every step the lady’s are doing, once you are there you got a vibe ‘mama is here!’, most importantly, the kitchen is very clean.
The eating area is also very open, enough space to enjoy the food, good air circulation.

"The crispy pork belly immediately caught my eye while exploring restaurants in Versalles, so I decided to give this place a try. I arrived early at lunchtime, and it wasn’t too busy, which made for a relaxed experience.
I sampled several dishes: the pork belly taco, the pork belly in green salsa taco, and the grilled pork head meat taco. Each was flavorful, both on its own and paired with the excellent selection of condiments. I also tried the pickled pork trotters, which were quite good. To top it off, I ordered a cheese crust on a large tortilla filled with pork belly—an indulgent and delicious choice.
The restaurant itself is modern, bright and clean, with a friendly and welcoming staff. If you’re a fan of pork, especially pork belly, this is definitely the place for you."
