"A Perfect Oasis in the Heart of Fez
Riad Louna is a hidden gem! The beautifully decorated rooms, lush courtyard, and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The little but refreshing swimming pool was perfect after a day in the medina, and the hammam experience was incredibly relaxing.
Breakfast was delicious, and the traditional Moroccan dinner was one of the best we had. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A truly wonderful place to stay in Fez!"

"It's a good guesthouse and the staff is very nice. However, we were supposed to be picked up from the airport, but no one came and we got no apologies or explanation afterwards. Also we had a small room with no heating so it was very cold. The shower was also sometimes cold. In the morning we got a nice breakfast, but it's not suitable for vegans. The hamam treatment and massage we got here was not good."

"Disappointing Experience – Forced Tip and False Accusation
We came here for a massage and left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.
The massage itself was underwhelming, and although we are usually happy to leave a tip, we didn’t feel it was worth much. We still gave 100 MAD – the smallest change we had – as a gesture of goodwill. However, the two women who did the massage were clearly unhappy with the amount and refused to let us leave until we gave it. It felt very forced and made the whole experience unpleasant.
At the front desk, the male staff member asked how our experience was, and we honestly shared our thoughts. Then things got worse.
We paid 1000 MAD in cash for two massages, but after we left, a staff member chased us down the street for over a kilometer, claiming we had only paid 500 MAD. He even said they had cameras. We went back with him for a few meters, and then he suddenly stopped, counted the money again, and admitted:
“Yes, you did give me 1000.”
No apology. No explanation.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. It felt manipulative and dishonest. We came in good faith and left feeling scammed.
We would not recommend this place to other travelers."
