"A Gastronomic Gem Empowering Women
Amal is a truly special place, run exclusively by women, and it offers an experience that goes beyond just great food. Having lunch here was an absolute delight, combining a warm atmosphere with impeccable service.
The food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it an excellent value for the quality provided. The menu is thoughtfully curated, showcasing the best of Moroccan flavors with a touch of love and care in every bite.
If you’re in the area, Amal is well worth a visit. It’s open only for lunch, so plan accordingly. Just 10 minutes’ drive away from Jama El Fna, this hidden gem is worth the short drive. Supporting Amal means not just enjoying an amazing meal but also contributing to an inspiring initiative empowering women in Marrakesh.
Highly recommended for a memorable and meaningful dining experience!"

"I've been coming to this restaurant for lunch a few times, and it’s always such a lovely experience. They used to offer a daily menu with about three options for each course—starters, mains, desserts—plus a few fresh juice choices. Lunch in the garden, with soft music playing and the sound of the fountain in the background, is a real treat. 🎶
Now that it’s summer, they’re open for dinner too, and the vibe is totally different in the best way. The evening breeze, cozy lighting, and relaxed ambiance create such a special atmosphere. ✨🌙
The new à la carte menu has so many tempting options. Last night, we tried the mini pastilla with beef and the chicken liver croquettes—both were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. 👌🍽️
Service is awesome! Thanks to Chaima, Bouchra, and Hasna"

"The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared, from the fragrant tagines and classic zaalouk to the mouthwatering desserts like jawhara and mhencha. A true taste of Morocco at its finest!
What makes this place even more special is the wonderful idea of supporting hearing-impaired staff – a truly heartwarming initiative that adds soul to the entire experience.
We joked among ourselves that only a deaf man could handle working with so many women – the team spirit and positive energy in this restaurant are simply amazing.
At the end, they kindly let us take a group photo and even posed with us, which was such a lovely gesture and the perfect way to wrap up the evening.
A beautiful place – we highly recommend it to everyone!
Come for the food, stay for the kindness and the atmosphere."
