"I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at Maison Reine in Marrakesh and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every detail was meticulously looked after, showcasing pure design and elegance in every corner. The atmosphere was inviting, with a beautiful setting that added to the overall charm.
The food was exceptional in every way. The flavours were exquisite and the presentation was nothing short of art. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted, not just in taste but in how it looked, making the meal feel like a visual feast as well as a culinary one.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Our server, Simò, was outstanding. He was not only knowledgeable about each dish but also shared fascinating insights into Moroccan culture, which enriched our experience even more. His warm demeanor and attentiveness truly made the lunch feel extra special.
I can't recommend Maison Reine enough, it's a place where design, food and service come together perfectly for an unforgettable dining experience."

"A hidden gem! As others said, this spot isn’t well sign posted but it’s well worth a visit so make sure you find it! Service was warm and friendly and the food was delicious. We had the aubergine, the hummus with beef and the tomato tart. Everything was brilliant - presented beautifully and with vibrant flavours and fresh ingredients. Our favourite lunch spot in Marrakech for sure."

The best Marrakech restaurants | Telegraph Travel
The fresh, intensely flavoured dishes on the menu at this cute rooftop restaurant pack a real punch. They have been conjured up by French-Algerian Naëlle who has a deep understanding of the Mediterranean and North African larder, particularly its herbs and spices. Take the deceptively simple, but divinely sweet tomato tart with Stracciatella cheese; the crisp lettuce heart with green mayonnaise and pistachio dust; and the mint tea that is made with at least four different types of mint and a rose geranium that gives it the most heavenly after taste.

French-Algerian Naëlle Guennoun is a master of Maghrebi flavours and a brilliant pastry chef, too. In fact, she made a name for herself during Covid-19 selling cakes so beautiful they regularly went viral on Marrakech’s social media network. It encouraged her to open her own rooftop restaurant where you can still find her photogenic pavlova alongside winning plates of octopus marinated in lemon and turmeric, a whole smoked aubergine sitting in a pool of labneh drizzled with sauce vierge, and fresh salads served with citron and ginger or sesame and raspberries.
